Elgin waterfalls at
Ambewela Sri Lanka. Elgin waterfalls is situated at Ambewela. You
should travel 3km to Nanuoya side then you meet big railway bridge and
next elgin waterfalls meet. Elgin waterfalls at downside of railway.
This rail way is not a single one. It is collection of two or more
waterways. Near eligin waterfall there is a deep railway tunnel.
You can see wide grass lans and Ambewela farm in elgin waterfalls.
Elgin waterways are very pure. Bath in Elgin and close to elgin is
some what difficult thing. Because there are no way to closed to it.
There is a little village and railway station called Parakumpura
between Ambewela and Nanuoya. Dayagama , Ambewela, Pattipola and
closed places grows potatoes as well. seed potatoes also available and
farms and many houses. Many farmers of Welimada use to buy seed
potatoes from these places. How ever elgin falls is nice waterfall of
Sri lanka.
Parakumpura Railway station is at between of Ambewela and Nanuoya.
